These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for fence work. That comes later, in a written quote or agreement.

Using this website

By using csfences.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Cornerstone Fence Company (“we” and “us”) is a California licensed contractor, CSLB License #1151544, serving homeowners in Solano, Yolo and Napa counties.

Estimate requests are not contracts

When you send a request through our form, you are asking us to contact you about a free estimate. Sending a request does not create a contract, does not reserve a date, and does not guarantee that we can do the work. We contact you to set up a visit. After we walk the site, we give you a written quote.

Any work is done only under a written quote or agreement signed by both you and us. That document sets the scope, price, materials, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. If anything on this site differs from your written quote, the written quote controls.

Information on this site

We try to keep the site accurate, but it is general information. Fence styles, materials, heights, options and availability depend on your property, local rules and the materials on hand. Photos show examples of our past work and may not match what we build for you. Nothing on this site is a price, a quote or a promise of a specific result.

The customer reviews on this site are excerpts of reviews customers left for us on Google.

Permits, property lines and local rules

Fence rules vary by city, county and neighborhood association. Property owners are responsible for knowing where their property lines are and for approvals they need. We check what applies and go over it with you before we quote, but information on this site is not legal, surveying or permit advice.

What you may and may not do

• Use the site only for lawful purposes and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Give us accurate contact information in our form, and only your own, or that of someone who has asked you to contact us.
• Don’t send spam, use automated tools to submit the form, try to break or overload the site, or try to get into parts of it that aren’t meant for you.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo, graphics and design of this site belong to Cornerstone Fence Company or are used with permission. You may view the site and share a link to it. Please don’t copy, republish or use our content, name or logo for other purposes without our written permission.

Other companies’ services and links

The site uses services from other companies, such as EmailJS to deliver your request and Google Fonts to display text. Their handling of information is covered by their own policies. We aren’t responsible for other websites we may link to.

Disclaimers

We provide this site “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site itself. This does not limit any warranty we give you in a written quote or agreement for fence work, or any rights you have under California law.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cornerstone Fence Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Cornerstone Fence Company may text you about your estimate request, such as scheduling a visit and sending your quote. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help, or call us at 707-628-1405. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
