This page explains what information Cornerstone Fence Company collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Cornerstone Fence Company is a fence contractor serving homeowners in Solano, Yolo and Napa counties, California (CSLB License #1151544). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Cornerstone Fence Company.

What we collect

When you fill out our estimate request form, you give us:

• your name and phone number
• your email address
• your ZIP code
• which page or service you were looking at when you sent the request (for example, redwood fences)
• a record that you agreed to be contacted, with the date and time

We also keep what you tell us if you call or email us directly.

Like most websites, the companies that deliver this site to you can see technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. See “Who we share it with” below.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your request, including setting up a day and time for your estimate and sending you a written quote.
• To keep records of your request, your project and your permission to contact you.

We don’t use your information for anything else, and we don’t send marketing emails, calls or texts unrelated to your request.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use advertising cookies or analytics tools on this site, and we don’t track you across other websites. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we don’t track you across sites, we treat all visitors the same way.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use a few other companies to run this site and our estimate requests. They handle your information only to provide those services:

• EmailJS. Delivers your estimate request to us by email, and sends you a confirmation email.
• Our website hosting provider. Serves the website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses.
• Google Fonts. Provides the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which can see your IP address.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or safety.

Calls, texts, emails and your choices

By submitting our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your estimate request. You can change your mind at any time.

Text messages. Text messages are about your request, such as scheduling and your quote. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number, or your text-message opt-in, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for three years after your request or project is closed and then delete it. If we need it longer for a project or our business records, we keep it only as long as we need it.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

• know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we share it with;
• get a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong, or to delete it;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don’t sell or share it); and
• be treated the same whether or not you use these rights.

We don’t collect sensitive personal information through this site, such as Social Security or financial account numbers.

To make a request, call or email us using the details below. We may ask for a few details, such as your name, phone number and ZIP code, so we can match the request to your record and confirm it’s you. We’ll respond within 45 days. You can also have someone you trust make a request for you; we’ll ask for proof that they can act on your behalf.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for property owners and is not meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
